1. Services

We provide surveying, mapping, design support, reporting, and construction services as agreed in written proposals.

2. Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are based on scope shared by the client.
• Invoices are payable as per agreed milestones and timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to sites, drawings, and necessary permits.
• Ensure site safety and coordination for our team to work.

4. Deliverables

Deliverables (drawings, reports, data) are provided in agreed formats. Intellectual property remains with RS Engineering unless expressly transferred.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service contract, subject to applicable law.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep confidential information secure and not disclose without consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of competent courts in Rajasthan.
